Architect

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and design budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Registered Architect with AQRB (Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project experience
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
