Site Engineer
Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality standards are maintained across all project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out according to specifications and drawings
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct quality inspections and tests
- Maintain site records and prepare daily reports
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions
- Assist in material procurement and inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Registered with ERB (Engineers Registration Board) Tanzania
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with quality control and safety procedures
- Willingness to work at various project sites across Tanzania
- Valid driver's license
