A residential home built from approved drawings through to handover. The client came to us with a plan and a plot, and we took the project from the ground up to a finished structure ready for the family to move into.
Project Overview
This was a full-build residential project in Moshi. The work covered everything from site preparation and the foundation through to masonry, roofing, and finishing, with our team supervising on site at every stage.
We believe a build should be honest from the first quote to the final handover. The client knew what each stage cost and what to expect next.
What We Did
- Site Preparation: Clearing, setting out, and groundwork
- Structure: Foundation, columns, and the lintel stage
- Masonry & Roofing: Walling and a weather-tight roof
